ATTRACTIONS:
The water park offers a variety of exciting attractions, from thrilling water slides and wave pools to relaxing areas perfect for families and visitors of all ages.
Breakers Beach
The wave pool covers 18,000 square feet, and you can easily spend a lot of time there. Many people grab lounge chairs along the edge. We usually arrive in the morning to get a spot before it gets crowded. On really hot days, I like to find a table with an umbrella nearby.
Endless River
Take a relaxing tube ride in the park’s lazy river. You can pick up your tube near the sign for the attraction.
Mississippi Monster
This ride features three drop capsules connected by enclosed tubes. It’s one of the park’s newest attractions, built in 2022.
Swirl Pools
You slide down and end up in a swirl pool at the bottom.
Shark Slide
This short slide is shaped like a shark and is a favorite with younger kids.
Cascade Body Flumes
These slides take you 500 feet down, twisting and turning along the natural river hill.
Itty Bitty Surf City
Itty Bitty Surf City is designed for toddlers, with a pool and water play features.
Treehouse Harbor
This area for young kids has a barrel that tips over and splashes everyone with water.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
The park offers free fountain drinks at its various restaurants and a variety of food choices.
Surfside Café
Here you can get smash burgers, chicken tenders, fries, and drinks.
Sugar Shack
This spot serves several types of funnel cakes and mini melts.
Casa Grande
You can get pizza, drinks, and adult beverages here, though these are not free.
Oasis Shaved Ice
Shaved ice is only available on weekends.

Changing Rooms
You’ll find changing rooms, restrooms, and showers near the entrance.
Tubes
The waterpark provides free tubes for all attractions that need them, except for Breaker Beach Wave Pool. You can rent a single or double tube for the Wave Pool and Lazy River for $10.
Wearing Sandals
The cement can get hot, so I recommend wearing sandals. You can leave them by the slides, or hold them in your hands as you slide, as you can’t wear them on the rides.
Lockers
Small lockers cost $6 and large ones are $10. You pay at the kiosk next to the lockers. I usually store my money and phone inside, since phones can get hot if left out. I leave towels and sunscreen by our lounge chairs.
Cabanas
You can rent cabanas that are found throughout the park. Check the website for more information.
Re-Entering the Park
If you want to return to the park the same day, get your hand stamped at the front gate when you leave. Also, keep your parking ticket if you leave the parking lot.
Sun Screen
NOTE: It can get hot out in the sun, so make sure to use sunscreen; we already made the mistake of not applying enough. Ouch!

Drive
To get there, take I-270 East to the MO-367 North exit. Stay on 367 North until you cross the Clark Bridge into Alton, Illinois. Turn left onto Lewis and Clark Blvd, then turn left at the traffic light onto Illinois Highway 100. Head west along the Mississippi River and look for the waterpark on the right just before you reach Grafton, Illinois.

We decided to do season passes; we picked the Platinum pass, which includes parking, since we live close enough to visit more than once for $89.99.
There’s also a Season Pass without parking for $79.99. The Premier Pass costs $220 and comes with extra perks. Check the website for more details on passes.
